Our Company, Bounty Press Limited, is a Nigerian – wholly-owned company established about twenty eight years ago. We publish books for all levels of the Nigerian educational system. In addition, we represent in Nigeria a number of reputable British and American book publishers for suitable school books, tertiary level and professional books, and educational teaching aids. Through our local representation of these overseas Companies, we have offered high quality services in the supply of books and Journals to higher institutions in the country for nearly three decades. Within the short period of our existence, we have been able to compete effectively with the large, multinational educational book publishers that have been in business in Nigeria for several decades. Our late chairman, Dn. Olu Anulopo, was the pioneer Executive Chairman of Macmillan Nigeria Publishers Ltd.

Indeed, we have now become a household name for high quality educational and professional book publishing in Nigeria.

The new chairman, Mrs. Mofolusho O. Adereti, is a successful business woman with a wealth of experience and connection in business management, marketing and in the educational industry.

The Managing Director/CEO is Mr. ‘Lanre Anulopo. He is an Accountant who received his training at The Southbank University, London. He has been practising for almost fifteen years. He has a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA).


Also on the board is Mr. Christopher A. Alabi who is an accomplished business man and industrialist. He is on the board of many companies one of which is Intercontinental Bank Plc. (formerly, Nigerian Intercontinental Merchant Bank). He was the Chairman of Equity Bank Limited (changed to Intercontinental Bank Plc and now transformed to Access Bank Plc). Of course, he was for many years, the Chief Executive of Cakasa (Nigeria) Company Limited – a servicing Company in the petroleum industry. He is also the proprietor of the newly Government approved Ronik Polytechnic, Lagos.


The Marketing Manager, Mr. Gbenga Odunuga has about thirteen years’ experience. He has a B.A. (Hons) English Language and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing. The Marketing Department has about thirty-six graduate marketers all over the country.


The Area Manager (North), Mr. Bolarin Kolawole Olusegun is a B.Sc (Statistics) graduate from the University of Ilorin. He has been with the company for 13 years and has extensive marketing and supervisory experience with specialty in the publishing industry.


The Editor, Mr. Dayo Adesina holds a B.A. (Hons) from the University of Ibadan and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education. He heads the team of in-house and freelance editors who handle the company’s locally published books.



The Production Manager, Mr. Fasemore Gbenga is a graduate of the Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti. He has a wealth of experience in printing and book production, and has been with the company for over fifteen years.

Subsidiary Company – The Company has a sister printing company that handles all the printing jobs for the company. Therefore, the company does not have to queue at other printers before it can get its printing jobs done.

Marketing Personnel: It is interesting to know that we have engaged the services of 40 capable salesmen and they represent us in all the States of the Federation. To complement their efforts, the Management also allow them to hire Sales Canvassers to cover areas which they cannot reach economically. Moreover, to ensure effective operations, three key Managers were recently employed to be-in-charge of Research, Marketing and Promotional activities of the Company at the Regional level.


Distribution: In a bid to make our products and services available to our numerous customers we have appointed reputable Agents and Distributors at strategic locations to serve as middlemen.


Pricing Policy: As a deliberate policy of the Company, Management always ensures that prices of our products are sold at affordable prices.
